CLASS TIME!

[Welcome to class with Myers! It's easy to feel intimidated by her, and if you aren't intimidated by her, the sound of her whip cracking will probably send a chill up your spine.]

Just because you're new doesn't mean I'll go easy on you! Drop and give me fifty push ups, and I don't want to see any bent knees, you hear me? You don't want to be a sixth level kodor forever, do you? Because I'll make you pass the iktiyar if you like it or not!

[She walks around more, cracking her whip again. Maybe she almost whipped your character.] Don't you dare even think about being absent tomorrow!

[Oh, this can't be good for his back at all. He can feel the pain coming already and it hasn't even been ten minutes into the first class. He tries to put up a show, making it look like he was doing fine, but every now and then he pauses to place a hand on his lower back.

Still, that outfit... If he wasn't in the situation he was now, he'd suggest that she wear less obscene clothing.]

[Yeah the chainmail battle bikini is kind of horrifying, Hama will have to agree with you there. But she does do the push-ups, if only to avoid drawing attention to herself in a hostile environment. She doesn't have any trouble with it, but soon notices the man next to her struggling. In between Myers' crazy shouts, she pauses to ask:] Are you all right?

[Between the two of them, there will be a loud crash as Myers' whip strikes the ground, leaving a steaming, destroyed patch of earth.]

I didn't say you could take a break. Fifty push ups and I want to hear you counting!

[China turns to look at the unfamiliar face. He puts up a shaky smile and laughs nervously, keeping his hand at his back.]

Ahaha... I'm perfectly fine, it is just a little sore, that's all, aru.

[But really, he's not fine. Then the crazy woman had to go and crack her whip, making him jump. Not wanting to risk getting another scar on his back, China reluctantly goes back to doing his push-ups.]

十五. 十六. 十七. 十八. 十九. 二十...

[Hama also jumps at the nearby whip crack, but the steaming earth where it struck catches her attention. That's no ordinary whip - she can imagine that steam coming off some unfortunate student's skin, if it were to hit them. Discipline is one thing, but threatening your students with flogging and burning? Some of whom, like the one next to her, may already be injured? ... Unacceptable.

Although perfectly able to continue, Hama stops altogether and moves to a kneeling position.]
