[Not commenting on character or alignment just because that seems a bit unfair coming from someone who knows most European nations mostly through the stories of another European nation, and that means that a lot of perspective probably found its way into the descriptions and judgements...]

Though he isn't one of the nations that have a greater affinity with the cold from what I've heard. [The nation has to think of one of the stories that Russia entertained the dominion with once when England along with a few of his territories had a meeting with the other empire and the child got lost in the large foreign building, only to be found by the tall man who took care of the brunet - until England found them and all hell broke loose] He once went on a frozen lake with his army, the ice cracked under their feet and most of them drowned. So I guess that's not really his element.
